  1. Excellent stuff. This explains why trying to reason with people in chatrooms on WUWT will never work. I had not heard the term “finite pool of worry” before; but I am very much aware of its reality in my own life… Similar to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs… Clearly, I will have to get out more; and actually talk – I mean listen – to some real people…
